Justin Lacchin

Financial Advisor

Justin joined Mowbray, Wright Financial in 2018 as a valued Partner and Financial Advisor. He began his career in financial services in 2012 at ScotiaMcLeod, developing his skills in wealth management, financial planning and client services. At the core of Justin’s planning philosophy, is the belief that individuals should use a long-term, holistic approach to evaluating their personal financial decisions as if they were running their own business.  Drawing from his own background advising high-net-worth clients as well as his partner’s combined expertise, Justin’s goal is to grow his client’s wealth by collaborating with them on their unique priorities so that individuals, families, and businesses can achieve their desired goals & dreams.

Justin’s diligent approach to the wealth management process allows his clients to better sleep at night, freeing up their time that can be devoted to their own passions. Maintaining his conservative discipline, Justin strives to first protect & then grow his client's hard-earned money with personally tailored investment solutions, tax management strategies, and by helping his clients avoid the classic behavioural investment mistakes.

Prior to becoming a partner with Mowbray, Wright Financial, Justin worked for a premier Canadian asset management and insurance company, iA Financial. In that role, he was able to cultivate an extensive network of respected clients, portfolio managers and other industry professionals. Earlier on in his career, Justin worked alongside a top portfolio manager, where he was responsible for monitoring and constructing different portfolio strategies for high-net-worth families, corporations and government institutions.

Born and raised in Etobicoke, Justin is a graduate of Queen’s University with a bachelor’s degree in the Applied Economics program. In addition, he has earned several Canadian Securities Certifications, including the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct and Practices Handbook, and the Derivatives Fundamentals & Options Licensing Course.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys travelling to his family home in Scottsdale Arizona, dining with friends, golfing at St. Georges Golf & Country Club, and rooting for his beloved Toronto sports franchises, especially the Toronto Raptors.
